Colin Rogister

Colin co-founded Beat Ventures after investing at Maven Ventures, a consumer micro-VC. Prior to working in venture capital, he served as a technology advisor in the Obama White House’s National Economic Council. He served as a key member of the White House technology team that directed edtech, autonomous vehicle, workforce/skills, telecom, and data policy. Colin has personally invested in myriad web3 companies ranging from defi to NFT tooling companies. As an early and active member in a number of DAOs like Friends with Benefits and alpha communities, Colin has helped shape new DAO initiatives and collect NFTs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
