Dave Anderson

Dave Anderson is a founding partner of Beat Ventures. Prior to Beat Ventures, Dave was an investor at Toyota AI Ventures, where he led investments into early-stage AI and robotics companies. Previously, Dave co-founded Bamboo Detroit, Detroit’s first co-working space for entrepreneurs and served as director of ventures services for NextEnergy, an early-stage technology incubator. He is an electrical engineer with experience in advanced battery systems, having previously worked for Bosch Battery Systems, where he helped launch some of the earliest electric vehicles. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
